If you are not in a country that is allowed to order directly from our website, to place an order just follow these simple instructions:
1. Choose your products by the STYLE reference number or direct link.
2. Send the Style reference number or direct links to TRIYA.com via email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +5511 2337-6263
3. We will confirm your ORDER by email and send a PAYPAL Invoice for you to pay.
4. Reply to our shipping quote email within 2 business days by accepting or rejecting the quoted shipping charge. If you reject the quoted shipping charge or do not otherwise respond within 2 business days, TRIYA will cancel your order, and return all merchandise to inventory.
TRIYA.com offers Fedex Worldwide Express Saver (recommended) or United States Postal Service (USPS) Global Express Mail service depending upon the type of products you would like to purchase and the destination country. We have found these options to the be the most secure, efficient, and reasonably priced. To determine an international shipping cost, simply place the items you would like to order in your shopping cart and choose your country in the dropdown box on the Cart page. Following are time in transit estimates for each type of international shipping option:
Fedex Worldwide Express: 2-3 business days
U.S. Postal Service Global Express: 7-15 business days
Keep in mind these are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders. Delays can occur if we need to verify your order or in the event of adverse weather conditions or other carrier or customs delays. Although we do offer both types of services to many countries, we recommend using Fedex as any delays (although rare) can be much more easily handled with UPS. Additionally, UPS offers real-time tracking information whereas the U.S. Postal Service tracking information provides only limited information.
For all other countries not listed above, you must E-mail us and photocopy of the credit card used. Upon receipt of your order, we will research the best shipping option for your individual order and contact you by email with a shipping quote. To place your order, simply send us your approval of the shipping quote by return email or fax and we will process your order in the regular course of business (generally within 1 business day). If you do not accept the quoted shipping rate or do not respond to our email within 2 business days, we will cancel your order, destroy your credit card information, and return all merchandise to inventory. All orders are subject to product availability at the time you approve our quoted shipping rate and your order is processed. Under no circumstances will Tactics charge your credit card unless and until you approve of the quoted shipping rate by return email or fax and your order is packed and shipped from our facility!
Please note that your international order may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are NOT included in the prices and shipping costs listed on Tactics.com. As the importer of record, you must comply with your local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees. Accordingly, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable taxes and duties you may be charged upon delivery and for further information.
For direct website orders, TRIYA.com accepts American Express®, Discover®, Visa® and MasterCard®. For orders by email PAYPAL (Money orders are not accepted.)
Tactics carries products from hundreds of brands. Depending on the terms of our dealer agreements, we may not be able to ship a brand's products to addresses outside the United States. To find out whether we can ship an item to your address, simply add the item to your Shopping Cart and select your destination country. A notation will appear next to restricted products and you will be unable to proceed through Checkout until all restricted products are removed from your Shopping Cart.
In addition, due to size limitations, we are unable to ship certain products internationally such as extra large travel bags.
